The other week, a glorious wave of spring weather hit the Carolinas and I traded my piping hot coffee for a chilled mocha Frappuccino—sipping it in the preschool carpool line while wearing paint-splattered clothes. Glamorous, right?

When I finished the drink and set the empty Starbucks glass bottle down, I had a lightbulb moment: peel off the label, stick on an apothecary-style printable, and suddenly you have an instant vintage-looking jar. Recycling + decorating = yes. That little idea inspired the Easter tablescape I shared last week.

I thought it would be fun to share my spring apothecary jar label printables with you, so I teamed up with 32 talented home décor bloggers for a spring printable share. These labels are designed to be easy to print, trim, and attach to any glass bottles you already have.

They’re perfect for repurposing ordinary containers—gas-station Frappuccino bottles, mason jars, antique bottles—and turning them into charming vintage farmhouse décor. Fill them with simple grocery-store blooms and you’ll have a fresh spring vignette in minutes. Arranging flowers in several small bottles makes even a novice look like a pro.

Would you ever guess the middle bottle with the Belmont Pharmacy label started life as a Starbucks container from the gas station? Upcycling at its finest.

One of the larger bottles in the arrangement actually came from my grandmother’s house—likely older than I am—and it adds a lovely layered look among the smaller jars.

I love this bright, cheerful corner in our living room. The bottles sit on top of a milk-painted cabinet that hides our DVD collection and look great alongside my DIY oversized vintage map and a favorite boxwood wreath.

These labels are easy to update for each season—simply swap the flowers and you have a fresh look for spring, summer, fall, or winter. If you prefer lower-maintenance décor, replace the real flowers with quality faux stems after the originals fade.
I’ll probably swap to faux blooms once the fresh ones fade—because that’s usually how I roll—and the labels still look great with either.

I also rounded up 33 other beautiful spring printables from fellow bloggers—everything from watercolor florals to printable banners and inspirational art. If you love easy, printable seasonal decor, you’ll want to check out these talented creators and their free offerings.
