Top Favorite Items of 2019
1. Our Vinyl Floor Tiles
These peel-and-stick vinyl tiles were the perfect, budget-friendly solution for covering our laundry room’s worn floor until we can tackle a full renovation. They’re durable, easy to install, and dramatically refresh the space without a big commitment.

2. My Postpartum Tummy Disguising Dress
This dress quickly became my go-to for postpartum days when comfort and confidence both matter. The silhouette cleverly flatters the midsection while remaining comfortable and stylish for everyday wear.

3. Our Living Room Ceiling Fan
This ceiling fan combines an elegant look with dependable performance, which is essential during hot summers. It blends with our décor while providing excellent airflow throughout the room.

4. Our Guest Room Velvet Curtains
These velvet curtains are beautifully made and offer nearly 90% blackout coverage. They felt like a luxury buy at a much lower cost, so we ordered an additional set in a different color for the master bedroom.

5. Regan’s Nursery Wall Flower Felt Swag
This felt flower wall hanging was one of the splurges in Regan’s nursery makeover. I considered making something similar, but the craftsmanship and level of detail here are exceptional — it brings so much charm to the room.

6. Guest Bedroom Bedspread Set
The lightweight, vintage-inspired bedspread gives the guest room an airy, lived-in look. It was an affordable find and has held up well in the wash.

7. Our Past Living Room Rug
This rug was a practical favorite — it concealed stains well and brought warmth to the room. We still miss its texture and durability.

8. My Favorite Furniture Paint
Fusion Mineral Paint remains my top choice for furniture projects. It’s more durable than chalk paint, usually requires minimal prep, and often doesn’t need a separate sealer. It’s also easy to distress if you want an aged look. If you’re new to painting furniture, check out our Beginner’s Guide for tips and techniques.

9. Our Faux Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree
This realistic faux fiddle leaf fig brings greenery into the room without the maintenance of a real plant. It’s a dependable way to add life to a corner if you don’t have a green thumb.

10. Our Back Porch Ceiling Fans
These cottage-style ceiling fans are reversible — use the weathered wood side of the blades for a rustic look or flip them to the white side for a cleaner, more modern finish. They’re a great blend of style and function for outdoor living spaces.

11. Our Master Bathroom Drawer Organizers
Clear plastic drawer organizers are simple but indispensable — they keep small items tidy and easy to find throughout the home, especially in bathroom drawers.

12. Our Fire Pit Table
We’ve enjoyed this fire pit table for over a year — it creates cozy ambiance on the back porch and makes evenings outdoors feel special (s’mores included).

13. Our TV Cord Covers
Hiding TV cords is easier than it looks: we mounted our TV and ran the cables through slim cord covers, then painted them to match the wall so they visually disappear.

14. This Faux Potted Plant
This artificial potted plant looks remarkably real — down to the soil in the pot. It’s an easy way to add greenery without the upkeep.

15. Our Laundry Room Drying Rack
We use this foldable drying rack all the time. It’s sturdy, easy to fold away, and perfect for delicate items or extra laundry that needs air-drying.

16. Our Gray and White Check Rug
Though the exact rug is discontinued, we linked a very similar option. This gray-and-white checker rug is a versatile piece for every season — easy to style on a porch or inside the home with seasonal accents.

17. These Olive Branch Stems
Olive branch stems are one of those perennial décor pieces that work year-round. They’re simple, neutral, and look lovely in vases throughout the house.

18. These Brass Float Frames
I used these brass float frames to preserve and display my grandmothers’ and great-grandmother’s handwritten recipes in the kitchen. It’s one of my favorite, most meaningful projects.

19. Regan’s Closet Organizer
This closet organization system helped us maximize storage in Regan’s nursery closet. It delivered a noticeable increase in usable space without a high price tag compared to other systems.
